I am of the view that some meat is healthy and appropriate in the human diet, and I agree about the TYPE of meat recommended in NT, but I do not eat it in the quantities they speak of. For example, last night I made a pasta alfredo dish with lots of veggies, one chicken breast, and two (crumbled) pieces of bacon. That fed 4 people. I don't hesitate to use the meat...I just spread it out. After all, a few pieces of meat in a dish leaves me feeling just as satisfied (and more comfortable!) than if I'd laid a whole breast on top of my portion, you know?<BR/>Anyway, just some thoughts as you're transitioning!Jennihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01279308378287322473noreply@blogger.com
